Academy Name: IELTS 9 BANDS Coaching Academy (Referred to as "The Academy")
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
1. Acceptance, Account & Access

By accessing, purchasing, or using any services, content, or products, you agree to these Terms.

Your license to access the paid course materials is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., "Lifetime Access" plan).

Prohibited Use & Account Sharing: Sharing of login credentials, course materials, or video content with any third party is a material breach of these Terms. It will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund.
2. The IELTS Band Score Guarantee

Guaranteed Score: We guarantee that if you meet all Eligibility Criteria (2.b), you will achieve an overall IELTS Band Score of 8.0 or higher.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for the Guarantee, you must strictly meet ALL of the following requirements:

Complete 100% of all assigned video modules and quizzes.

Submit 12 full-length Writing Tasks and 8 recorded Speaking Mocks for grading.

Achieve a minimum overall score of 7.5 in the final Academy Mock Test.

Take the official IELTS test within 45 days of course completion.

Provide a legible copy of the official IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) showing a score lower than 8.0.

Sole Remedy: If you qualify and fail to achieve an 8.0, your sole remedy is a free, 3-month extension of your course access (a full retake of the course) for the same module. No monetary refund is provided under this Guarantee.
3. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy (Strict)

General Policy: Due to the instant digital access to our proprietary, high-value Content (including sample answers and video lessons), all course fees are strictly non-refundable.

Exception (Within 24 Hours): A partial refund, minus a 20% administrative and processing fee, may be requested if and only if the request is submitted via email within 24 hours of purchase AND the student has accessed less than 5% of the course content.

Live Class Cancellation: Live 1:1 sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and considered delivered.
